Tell us a little about yourself and your background.
Customer service is one of those industries that do not lose their sheen, no matter what age or era. Until we have businesses offering products and services, we will have customer service. This ever-green sector provides not only diverse learnings but also plenty of opportunities to be the best version of oneself. As one of the few industries that explicitly seek a young workforce, customer service is a world of possibilities for the ones starting out in their careers. Here’s why:

From the moment you apply at HGS, you are greeted by friendly, genuine people who love what they do! I am glad to have such an experience firsthand.
I have been working with HGS since April 2015. I started out in their cable line of business for the client before converting into their consolidated team. Later, I moved on to the customer relations team. In June 2017, I was promoted to Lead Associate, and by December, I became a Team Leader.
Melissa Hicks is one of our trainers at HGS USA. She has recently been promoted through our Ready Now program, a training module that prepares employees for leadership roles at HGS. She shares her HGS story with us.
