My favorite thing about working at HGS is the incredible opportunity the company has given me for growth and advancement. They have seen my potential and encouraged me to develop it by trusting me with increasing responsibilities, letting me take on and own tasks as well as projects. When I began my journey at HGS, I was a representative taking calls. In time, I applied for a Quality Analyst position and was successful. This was a steppingstone to further my knowledge and hone my skill which would allow me, in time, to be confident enough to apply for the Regional Training and Quality Manager, which is my current role today.
