How has your journey with HGS been so far?

How has your journey with HGS been so far?
It’s been a great learning experience for me. I understand people better now than when I started. I think what’s truly remarkable is how accommodating HGS can be with individual circumstances. In my role as a deputy team manager, I draw inspiration from this method of working.

How has the journey been so far?
It has been exciting! My role with HGS helps me use my domain knowledge and grow as an expert because we are always in conversation on the topic. It feels nice that my domain expertise is still relevant to my work here. As a result, my confidence has also grown immensely in the workplace.
What inspires you at work every day?
Customer service is one of those industries that do not lose their sheen, no matter what age or era. Until we have businesses offering products and services, we will have customer service. This ever-green sector provides not only diverse learnings but also plenty of opportunities to be the best version of oneself. As one of the few industries that explicitly seek a young workforce, customer service is a world of possibilities for the ones starting out in their careers. Here’s why:
Adam Foster is the CEO of HGS - UK & Europe. He has been with us since July 2017 and is responsible for business expansion into key European markets. How has the journey been so far?
My team here is brilliant. When it comes to working, teammates are helpful and motivating. Even outside of work, we have an excellent dynamic, so we spend a fair amount of time socialising, as well. HGS is a fun, multicultural work environment and I think this enables us to learn a lot from each other.
