I have finished my graduation in industrial and organizational psychology. I joined HGS in 2012 as a sourcing associate. After six months, I joined the recruitment team as a talent acquisition specialist. During the first three years, I was handling our technical accounts. Now, I work with one of our biggest healthcare accounts.

I have a bachelors in management from the University of the Philippines Visayas. I’ve been with HGS for about two years now, with one year of recruitment experience.

I am a BS Nursing graduate and a registered nurse. I have over four years of clinical experience and over five years of BPO experience. I started out as a customer service representative, moved on to be a team leader and currently, I work in talent acquisition.

What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?

Customer service is one of those industries that do not lose their sheen, no matter what age or era. Until we have businesses offering products and services, we will have customer service. This ever-green sector provides not only diverse learnings but also plenty of opportunities to be the best version of oneself.
