I am a BS Nursing graduate and a registered nurse. I have over four years of clinical experience and over five years of BPO experience. I started out as a customer service representative, moved on to be a team leader and currently, I work in talent acquisition.

What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?

Customer service is one of those industries that do not lose their sheen, no matter what age or era. Until we have businesses offering products and services, we will have customer service. This ever-green sector provides not only diverse learnings but also plenty of opportunities to be the best version of oneself. I have a BSBA degree with a major in Human Resources from PUP Manila. I have been involved with recruiting for customer service ever since I started working.

What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?

Quezon City, Philippines – Our CSR event for Wellness dubbed, “The One HGS FunDay 2018”, united over 1,500 employee runners and their families in this city’s famous university academic oval on March 18, 2018. Participants ran 2.2kms, 4.4 km, or 8.8km in support of their wellness advocacy.

I’m a graduate of Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, with major in Human Resource Development Management. After graduation, I joined HGS as a sourcing associate for nine months, and I'm currently working here as a specialist in recruitment.

In my candidates, I look for excellent communication skills, determination to work and be a part of a team, and a knack for handling people.

Among all our priorities in life, health is always something that we are guilty of pushing to the backseat.
