HGS: Tell us about your education and experience.

Nathan: I’m currently pursuing bachelors in pharmaceutical technology at the University of Technology. I have worked in healthcare accounts for two years in another BPM company prior to HGS.

Kayan is one of our quality analysts with HGS Jamaica. Her daughter, Jayda, recently graduated from Shortwood Practising Primary and Junior High. Her hard work and achievement were recently celebrated in our office.

Ramo is a quality analyst with HGS Jamaica. He has been with us for nearly three years now. He shares with us his HGS growth story.

HGS: How has the journey been so far?

Jodi Ann is a team leader at HGS Jamaica. Her son, J’kwon recently passed out of the Polly Ground Primary School.

HGS: How has the journey been so far?

Safiya: It has been amazing. HGS is an accepting environment that encourages uniqueness. We are free to be who we are at work and that’s empowering.
