Noelicia O’Meally is one of our customer service representatives in HGS Jamaica. She has been with us for nearly three years now. She shares with us her experience of working with HGS.

What motivates you every day at work?

Being able to interact with my team, and assist them and our clients is a big booster at work. You feel fired up to push your limit higher than past performances. Our clients give us a lot of positive reinforcement for this, as well.

Tell us about your education and experience in recruiting.

I have an Associate Degree in General Studies and a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management. Before working at HGS, I was employed to Xerox [Conduent] as a recruiting intern which pretty much gave me my break in Recruiting.

Tell us about your education and experience.

I am pursuing an Associate Degree in Marketing. The bulk of my recruiting experience has been with HGS and I have been in this role for over a year now. I consider myself the gate keeper as I am the first point of contact for most, if not all candidates. It’s a good feeling.
