Share the most memorable moment of your first week at HGS?
One of the most memorable moments from my first week was receiving an email that appeared to be from a customer’s cat! The customer had such a fun and creative way of reaching out, framing the message as if their beloved cat was managing their subscription. It was clear how much they cared for their little one, and it made the interaction incredibly enjoyable. I had a great time responding in the same playful spirit while also helping answer their questions. It was a reminder that customer support doesn’t always have to be serious, sometimes, it can be genuinely fun and heart-warming.
Can you describe the onboarding support you received from Team HGS?
The onboarding support I received was incredibly helpful. I was guided through each step of the process and provided with all the necessary information to get started. The team also maintained regular contact to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly.
What is your first impression of HGS’s culture and its people?
Very positive. Everyone has been extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
