How has your journey with HGS been so far?
Fantastic! I have learnt many things that are helping me today both as a professional and as a leader in the organisation. One of them is taking a proactive approach to efficiently identifying growth opportunities within the business. You may be working towards the organisation’s business goals, but you also learn enough to advance as a professional in the industry. Another thing I like about working with HGS is the way they engage with employees continually.

What are some qualities you look for in your team members?
On top of the list would be integrity, compassion, and professionalism. Considering we are in the business of improving customers’ experiences, we need to be very understanding as people to adequately empathise with our customers.
Tell us of a decision you have made as a leader at HGS.
I found a way to measure the impact of our work across various campaigns by creating and applying scorecards for quality. The team was able to visualise the way we work, and it has helped us move ahead with our performance.
