1. One person who inspires me the most in my personal life.

It’s difficult to choose just one source of inspiration, as I’ve been fortunate to meet incredible people—both personally and professionally—who have left a lasting impact on me. However, my greatest inspiration has always been my parents. Their unwavering hard work, strong values, and constant support have shaped my journey, helping me grow into the person I am today.

2. An experience that helped me ‘Accelerate Action.’

Years ago, my manager promoted me to HR Manager and entrusted me with leading my own site. That opportunity gave me the confidence to return to school as a mature student, expand my knowledge, and create a career development plan that ultimately led me to where I am today. Inspiring leaders play a pivotal role in shaping careers, and I’m grateful for the ones who have guided me along the way at what I consider one of the best places to work.

3. My message to women at HGS.

Hard work, dedication, and commitment always pay off. Embrace every opportunity that comes your way, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes—because that’s how we learn and grow. Stay true to your dreams; the road may not always be smooth, but perseverance will get you where you want to be.
