Please describe your growth (journey) with HGS.

I have been with HGS for just a few months. I have had a great journey thus far. Training sets the tone of what the culture is here, and it has been exactly that. Great environment, great people, amazing tools to do the job. I am still in the beginning stages of my journey. But I really enjoy the campaign, managing diverse people and being a support to influence success and growth.

Who/what inspires and motivates you (& your work) every day?

I enjoy being successful. And when you work hard as if someone's always watching it shows in your performance. Being number 1 motivates me, influencing people to grow motivates me and when anyone says you are the reason I had a better day, or want to come to work or say that you were compassionate in a time where someone was having a difficult time. I think that's really the point of Leadership.

In your experience, what is the one thing you’ve seen at HGS, that you haven’t seen anywhere else?

Trevor and Roxanne run this business. Since I joined, they are the humblest people I have ever met. They take the time to ask how you are, praise you, send you supporting feedback. Which really sets the tone to the type of leader you want to become. This was also the first call center that has brilliant training material. The company provides you with food 2 days before payday. So, there are a lot of things in my opinion that will really make you think of retiring here.
