Samantha is a team manager on one of our client accounts in HGS-UK. She has been with us for nearly three years now. She shares her experience of working with HGS.
How has your journey with HGS been so far?
It’s been wonderful. My biggest takeaway from working here till date is the significance of teamwork and that there is strength in numbers. Another aspect that I like about working here is the opportunity to ideate on practices that will help us improve how we work in the organisation.
What are some qualities you look for in your team members?
I would look for honesty, understanding and kindness in my teammates. After all, we are in the business of helping people, so I think people who are innately compassionate can do the best work.
Tell us of a decision you have made as a leader at HGS.
It might be the time I decided to put in to support and develop members of my team. I believe as a leader, we have the responsibility to nurture others. This is the way we make sure that no one at HGS is left behind as the organisation grows.
