What is exciting for you at HGS?
HGS is multicultural, and that is hugely stimulating. We have many talented and interesting employees here. It makes for an environment where you are continually learning. In my role, I think finding a solution to complicated issues is exciting. While the challenge is rewarding enough, I also I enjoy interacting with customers and finishing my daily tasks.
What motivates you every day at work?
On the days I don’t feel self-motivated, my team and operations manager help me be productive. The high energy at the office gets you going many times, even if you’re not feeling it from within.
What is something unique about HGS that has struck you?
Almost everyone in the organisation, across departments, are quite open and friendly. You don’t see many large organisations these days that have a relaxed and family-like work environment. The work itself and the atmosphere is challenging, stimulating and rewarding on a personal level.
What are you known for within your team?
I hope they know me for being punctual and reliable, and my cheerful humour. They also really enjoy my cheesecake recipe.
