Ali S is one of our customer service advisors in HGS-UK. He has been with us for nearly two years now. He shares with us his HGS story.
How has the journey been so far?
I have been able to develop more skills than the ones I had when I first joined. For example, I have learnt how to run a shift. So, it has been an enriching work experience.
What motivates you every day at work?
Being able to achieve my targets is my biggest motivator. You are competing with yourself every day, so it's a sure way to improve.
What is something unique about HGS that has struck you?
Many things happen here to engage us, employees. I enjoy the charity work we do and the football games between teams. The work environment is quite friendly. I work with a great team. There is also a lot of scope for taking the initiative and owning it.
What do you like best about your job?
I think being able to help resolve issues for our customers is the most rewarding part of it all.
What are you popular for in your team?
Probably as the go-to person when anybody has any work-related questions.
