Service Certificate & Relieving Letter
If you're wondering about your Service Certificate and Relieving Letter, you can request your relieving letter at payroll@teamhgs.com. Additionally, you will receive a provisional certificate on your last day at HGS.
EPFO Account Update
Your exit date is ideally updated on the EPFO portal shortly after your exit from HGS. If you have any concerns or inquiries regarding this, please contact us at PF-ESIC_helpdesk @teamhgs.com.
Settlement Account
Your Full & Final settlement amount is credited to your salary account after the waiting period.
