    I'm a recruiter with 4 years of experience in hiring the right people for various roles. I began my journey at HGS, where I learned the full recruitment process—sourcing candidates, screening them, scheduling interviews, and supporting them through onboarding.I enjoy working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure the right fit for both.

  2. What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?

    When evaluating candidates for HGS, I look for several key qualities: excellent communication skills, strong technical skills relevant to the role, a positive attitude combined with professionalism, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

    I never miss asking them what they enjoyed about their last job/position. What is your notice period

  4. What would be your pro tip for applicants?

    Focus on the job and company when applying. Show how your skills match what they need, and explain why you want to work there. Be honest, clear, and excited about the chance.
