2 .What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?

3 .What is a question you never miss asking?
I always make it a point to ask candidates about their motivation and their understanding of the job role and the organization. It helps me see what truly drives them beyond their resume—how much effort they’ve put into understanding the opportunity and whether their goals align with what we offer.
4 .What would be your pro tip for applicants?
Prepare well—research the role and the company, understand why you’re applying, and be clear about what you want. Confidence paired with honesty always leaves a lasting impression.
