Vinod: I have overall 8+ years of experience in terms of recruitment with 6+ years of experience in handling volume and lateral hiring. I’ve been working for over 3.5 years in Talent Acquisition.
HGS: What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?
Vinod: I look for candidates who are willing to make a career with HGS and can offer good business for the development of the organization. Along with this candidate should be good in terms of communication and technical skills.

Vinod: I usually ask the candidates what skills and strengths they can bring to this position.
HGS: What’s your top tip for candidates?
Vinod:The candidate should be confident enough to do the job. Along with good motivation, the candidate should be interested in learning new skills. They need to be coachable also.
