At HGS, our employees are an integral part of the One HGS family. Everyone, without exception, has abundant opportunities to learn and grow in their career. This aspect of the One HGS culture has encouraged many of our exited employees to come back to work with HGS. For the employees who have just left HGS, we are sorry to see you go. The Full & Final settlement will be completed between 45-60 days since your exit.
You can get your relieving letter by requesting for it at payroll@teamhgs.com. This is in addition to the provisional certificate, which employees receive on their last day of work.
The amount from the Full and Final settlement gets credited to your salary account, post the waiting period.
Ideally, the exit date is updated on the EPFO portal soon after an employee’s exit from HGS. In case of any queries regarding this, you can write to PF-ESIC_helpdesk@teamhgs.com.
