When is my Full and Final settlement expected to be completed?
The Full & Final settlement will be completed between 45-60 days since your exit.
What is the status of my Service Certificate and Relieving Letter? When can I expect them?
You can get your relieving letter by requesting for it at payroll@teamhgs.com. This is in addition to the provisional certificate, which employees receive on their last day of work.
In which account will the Full and Final settlement be credited?
The amount from the Full and Final settlement gets credited to your salary account, post the waiting period.
On the EPFO portal, by when will my exit date be updated against my PF account with HGS?
Ideally, the exit date is updated on the EPFO portal soon after an employee’s exit from HGS. In case of any queries regarding this, you can write to PF-ESIC_helpdesk@teamhgs.com.
