HGS: Tell us about your education and experience.

Kyle:I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and have a background in recruiting and call center operations.

HGS: What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?

Kyle: Every candidate must have strong communication skills, the willingness to learn, and a positive attitude to eventually become a higher performer.

Effectivity is the key to success.

 

HGS: What is a question you never miss asking?

Kyle: I generally ask what their availability is.

HGS: What’s your top tip for candidates?

Kyle: I would suggest that they be very attentive during training, and ask any questions along the way!

HGS: What is something that you tell your candidates about HGS?

Kyle: At HGS, we work with a variety of different clients, and as a result, we have lots of opportunities internally for growth and development.
