Job Description
We are seeking a Consulting Lead – SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) with strong experience in SAP data architecture, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP S/4HANA data integration. In this role, you will design and implement enterprise data models, scalable data pipelines, and governed data environments within SAP’s Business Data Cloud ecosystem. You will lead initiatives to integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources, establish data governance frameworks, and deliver high-quality data solutions that support business-critical analytics and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP data and analytics platforms, strong expertise in SAP Datasphere/SAP BW/4HANA/SAP HANA, and proven ability to deliver scalable data models and integration solutions for enterprise analytics.

What we are looking for:
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA data models and integration frameworks.
- Experience in data modeling, data virtualization, and data federation within SAP ecosystems.
- Strong SQL and SAP HANA modeling skills.
- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- Knowledge of data governance, semantic modeling, and enterprise data architecture.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
Requirements:
- Design and implement enterprise data models and data products within SAP Business Data Cloud / SAP Datasphere.
- Develop and maintain data integration pipelines from SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Implement data governance, security, and semantic modeling best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to deliver enterprise analytics solutions.
- Optimize data models and query performance in SAP HANA environments.
- Support modern analytics initiatives using SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Data Cloud.
- Lead migration or modernization of legacy SAP BW or data warehouse solutions to SAP BDC/Datasphere.
