[Yasenia] I value our teamwork and our company culture, as I believe they both go hand in hand, which is what unites us and makes us complete as a company. It defines how we perform and the services we provide to our clients at the end of the day. We are a driven and a relentless team who gives it all to do outstanding work, and we have created a positive culture that has helped us thrive. By being proactive, improvising, and having ongoing communication have been very key to our success in this company. It takes great minds and great leadership to transcend to where we are today.

[Narrator] Definitely, great teamwork is the key to a happy work culture, Yasenia. Now, let's hear from our next guest, Tripti. Hello, Tripti. So, at your workplace, how do you keep yourself impactful in your efforts?

[Tripti] Being impactful consistently requires some action from our end, such as going beyond what's expected, doing things proactively, constantly seeking new ideas and learning new things. Our clients also would appreciate us when they see a burning fire to deliver that impact. "I am impactful" is a very powerful message. Let's all keep moving the needle.

[Chris] At HGS Digital, I think reliability can be broken down into two main areas. One is speed of communication, where everybody out there expects information at their fingertips immediately. So, when us as HGS Digital communicate internally very quickly, respond very quickly, I think that creates reliability within our organization, but then is also seen outside and perceived with our client base as something very positive and continues to strengthen our relationships. The other area for reliability is around the trust between the different groups or organizations within HGS Digital.
