How would you describe the mentorship in HGS?
Mentorship in HGS is great and exciting. There are a lot of chances to learn and grow.
How has your mentor helped you shape your career for the better?
My mentor, Eloisa – Team Lead, helped me when I was struggling before as a new Team Lead. She gave her 100% support every step of the way. We would always have a healthy discussion about the things I need to improve on. She is generous in sharing her ideas about what I can do to be better. She always had my back and has been my constant support/mentor whenever I face challenges in managing my team. She has been rooting for my success ever since I started.
What have you learned from your mentor that has inspired you?
Look at your mistakes as an opportunity to grow, take note, try again, and do better next time.
