1. Tell us about your education and experience.
I’m a graduate of Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, with major in Human Resource Development Management. After graduation, I joined HGS as a sourcing associate for nine months, and I'm currently working here as a specialist in recruitment.
2. What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?
I look for communication skills, a critical requirement in the BPO industry. Another aspect would be their personality; they should be polite and jolly.
3. What would be your top tip for potential candidates?
To show the right attitude in interviews. I think that has a massive impact on the outcome.
4. What is a question you never miss asking?
I never miss asking my candidates what made them decide to apply to HGS out of the many call centers here in Alabang. This way, I can find out if the candidate did his/her research on HGS, and how interested they are in the job.
5. What do you tell candidates about the culture at HGS?
That HGS recognizes talent. I also like to give them something to look forward to, so I tell them about possible positions/departments they could be in/apply for, given their performance.

6. What's a fun fact about you?
I enjoy singing, dancing, hosting and playing basketball. I’m also a motorcycle enthusiast; I participate in motorcycle events and skills challenges, and sometimes travel during weekends. The farthest I've gone is till Sagada which took me 8-9 hours.
