Please describe your growth (journey) with HGS.
My journey in this company is something that I would proudly tell anyone. It isn't easy but the management makes it bearable. The management makes me want to stay even more.
In small amount of time, and with the help of my teammates, team leader, and the management, I got to be in the position I've always wanted to have. At first, I was just an agent, but as I fulfill my duties as an advisor, it makes me crave growth even more. That's when I absorbed patterns, knowledge, and workflows. I started offering suggestions before being asked, anticipating needs, and doing more than I am responsible of. Time passes by, I know to myself that I am ready to grab opportunities and exceed their expectations.

Who/what inspires and motivates you (& your work) every day?
My mom and the hard work she’s done for us. It inspires me to the point that even if we are not on good terms, I continue to look up to her. She works not just hard, but smart. I realize that I should always know my priorities. Job shouldn't be affected in whatever circumstances. This kind of inspiration and motivation enhances my skills in becoming a better leader and follower. This makes me appreciate my job even more.

In your experience, what is the one thing you’ve seen at HGS, that you haven’t seen anywhere else?
I'll never get tired of saying that it is the management. Product knowledge is something that can be learned, but it will never make an agent stay; it will always be the management. I am truly amazed on how they handle everyone. As a tenured BPO Industry, this is the first time I've seen such management that are so hands-on, and they always hear the agent out.
