SAJazel is one of our team leaders with HGS Philippines. She has been with us for over 11 years now. She shares with us her experience with HGS in the last decade.
HGS: How has the journey been so far?
Jazel: It’s been phenomenal! I started here as a healthcare associate and later, was promoted as a process analyst. Currently, I’m a team leader. I’ve had a steep learning curve over this time, and there are too many takeaways over the years to count. My time with HGS has absolutely shaped me into the professional I am today.
HGS: What about HGS has made you stay?
Jazel: I only recently celebrated my 11-year anniversary with HGS. Looking back, I must say I have truly enjoyed coming in to work every day. The environment is very supportive and friendly, and the team feels like a second family. The best part is you feel like people are looking out for you, which holds a lot of significance in the professional sphere. We are also recognized frequently for our work, which again is a great aspect of our culture here.
