How has your mentor helped you shape your career for the better?
My mentor, Timothy – Senior Manager, has been instrumental in my development at HGS. My LOB is a little more technical than what I was accustomed to but under his tutelage, I have gained the knowledge required to excel. I’m still learning, and with his guidance, I am confident I will be able to meet personal and team targets.
What have you learned from your mentor that has inspired you?
He has taught me to be patient and inspires me to always aim for better.
