HGS: Tell us about your education and experience.
Simone: This year I will complete 10 active years in Recruiting & Training in the BPO Industry.
HGS: What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?
Simone: The candidate should be able to interpret questions easily and accurately. They must have high knowledge retention, recall & execution. Empathy must come naturally to the candidate and the candidate should be a genuine service provider.
Every desire to do great must come with a strong will towards it.
HGS: What is a question you never miss asking?
Simone: I would ask if they genuinely wish to work as a call care handler with the real intention to assist in a positive resolution.
HGS: What’s your top tip for candidates?
Simone: To be genuinely willing to assist and be on top of your product and service so that confidence will flow.
HGS: What is something that you tell your candidates about HGS?
Simone: I always share the company’s allowance to grow and make strides, once serious about making a career in this BPO Industry. I also share the company’s positive culture and our inclusivity.
