Avion: I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and worked as an Administration Support Officer at G.C Foster College before joining HGS.
HGS: What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?
Avion: Each candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and must be a critical thinker as well as empathetic at work.

HGS: What is a question you never miss asking?
Avion: I always make sure to ask my candidates about how they would describe the color ‘red’ to someone who is blind from birth.
HGS: What is your top tip for potential candidates?
Avion: I would always suggest potential candidates be confident and take the time to understand each question before answering.
HGS: What is something that you tell your candidates about HGS?
Avion: I tell my candidates about the opportunities HGS has to offer and also about our diverse culture that makes each individual feel a part of our family.
