Learn from Masheka: Key Factors for Professional Growth

Masheka began her HGS Journey in 2020 as a Sales Professional and quickly progressed with hard work and resilience.

At the R&R Ceremony in April 2023, there was a stunning round of applause for Masheka who soared to the top of the performance ladder and secured the award for Top Support Member. Only one year after joining Masheka matriculated to Compliance Officer in 2021 and then Senior Quality Coach in 2023. Her years at HGS have been woven with much hard work, resilience, and as a result, success.

While in her capacity as Compliance Officer, she worked assiduously to manage calls & create better client experience. In so doing, it was no surprise that she emerged as the top support member.

According to Masheka, "It is an excellent feeling to be recognized and awarded for my work. It motivates me to continue doing well in everything I do." She further added that her winning formula was, "Being dedicated to the job, adapting to a fast-paced, challenging environment, and balancing the various areas of my lifestyle so that I take care of myself."

One of the most remarkable moments in her HGS journey was in 2020 during the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time, she had to manage a difficult commute & other circumstances. In spite of that, she showed up to work every day and continued to do exceptionally well.

For the most part, Masheka values her alone time as well as time with her young daughter. She is guided by the quote, "It is better to remain silent and be thought of as a fool than to speak and remove all doubt."

Well done, Masheka!
