Stories @ HGS: Saarah Brown

Saarah Brown is a Team Lead with HGS-Jamaica. She has been with us for around two and a half years now. She shares with us what she likes the most about working with HGS.

How has the journey been so far?

Great! I started out as a customer support representative. Later, I served as a subject-matter expert, and currently, I’m a Team Lead for one of our operations.

What is something that motivates you every day?

Self-actualization. I want to be the best version of myself, and I work towards that every day.

What is your favourite thing about working with HGS?

The sheer abundance of opportunities for growth here. This organisation gives everyone equal consideration as far as promotions are concerned. Once you are qualified, all you have to do is demonstrate your ability, and you are likely to see the returns. Efforts never go unnoticed here.
