Nakeita Clarke is one of our team leads in HGS Jamaica. She has been with us for over three years now. She shares with us her HGS story.

What motivates you every day at work?

My agents are my daily motivation. Helping them achieve their personal goals and being successful as a team is the best part of my job.

What do you like most about HGS?

The people here. The majority of our colleagues have a positive attitude about work, and that rubs off on everyone. So every day we walk into a buzzing work environment.

What would be your message for future employees?

The experience that you get here in a day is almost equal to a week’s experience in another company. You learn so much in this dynamic environment.
