Job Description
Communicate with customers through inbound calls in Spanish – that’s right, no outbound sales or prospecting required
Identify customer needs through active listening to sell and cross-sell products that meet customer needs for cable TV, Satellite TV, Internet, Phone and various other services
Take a consultative approach with customers already interested in our services and close the sale through our customer focused approach to each interaction
Use multiple computer systems to research products, services and price points that meet the needs of the customer
Creating a “WOW” factor in every interaction through exceptional communication skills, taking ownership of the interaction and speed of service
Regular 1:1 coaching sessions with your supervisor to ensure you regularly meet key performance indicators

Requirements:
- You’re at least 18 years of age
- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- You can work between the hours of 7:00 AM-12:00 AM CST, but have some flexibility as business needs may change
- You have at least 6 months of Sales/Customer Service experience and you understand the value of coaching / feedback to build your sales and customer experience skills
- You have retail or call center experience and you’re not afraid to make product recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate a caring, supportive and friendly nature in every interaction with the upmost confidence
- You’re computer savvy, comfortable sitting at a desk and working with multiple monitors
- You’re results oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions
- You have excellent Spanish communication skills, both oral and written
