TITLE: Client Relationship Manager
LOCATION: El Paso, Texas
DUTIES: Responsible for Client relationship ownership and management including development of effective communication platforms for clients and staff. Build and maintain profitable relationships with key client staff including senior leadership. Provide key insights to the clients on industry trends. Coordinate with HGS Ops teams to ensure key client initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently and coordinate and host training sessions. Conduct customer service workshops and presentations to orient the clients on HGS capabilities. Develop surveys and capture client information. Manage client requests and troubleshoot problems. Interact with the various HGS Operations groups to resolve issues or concerns regarding client delivery including develop recommendations and strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for resolution of client issues or concerns. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client, services delivered, service level expectations, project set-up, patient account systems, processes and services delivered to the client. Support with new client onboarding by being the bridge between the client and HGS Ops teams. Perform basic analytics related to client performance including working with the analyst team to prepare periodic business updates for the clients. Review client invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing. Support quality/performance improvement goals and objectives. Monitors both quantitative and qualitative operational performance indicators and proactively identifies ways to enhance program performance. The position will supervise 2 subordinate employees, all holding the job title of Team Leader. EOE.
REQTS: Must have a Bachelorâ€™s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. The employer will accept three (3) years post-secondary study plus two (2) years of related experience in meeting the Bachelorâ€™s degree requirement. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or as a Project Manager, Manager Operations, Associate, or a related position. Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience with: Healthcare regulations including ERISA and HIPAA; Ensuring compliance with fraud, waste and abuse laws; Ensuring compliance with Clean Claims Act statutes; Healthcare government and nongovernment reimbursement methodologies; Processing SLA mandates across numerous healthcare clients; ISO; Healthcare revenue cycle management; Documenting client operational process maps. Must include three (3) years of experience in quality, training and business analytics in RCM setting.
OTHER REQS: Required travel 75% of the time to client sites including hospital business offices and medical records departments, both on- and offsite from hospitals. All travel expenses to be paid by Employer pursuant to Internal Policy.
