Stories @ HGS: Jonalyn

Jonalyn is a team leader with HGS Philippines. He has been with us for more than 10 years now. He shares with us his HGS experience.

HGS: How has the journey been so far?

Jonalyn: I started out as an agent and I was in the role for a year. Then, I moved into the role of process analyst, which I was involved in for four years. After that, I got promoted to the role of operations team leader and it has been an exciting journey so far.

HGS: What about HGS has made you stay?

Jonalyn: There’s a lot to love about working with HGS. I have stayed with the organization for as long because of the environment and the people I’ve worked with. Everyone, even the senior leaders, are very approachable and easy to talk to. Some of us have worked here for so long that we are like each other’s second family now. This shows in how well we work together.
