In this role, you will be providing stellar customer service as you handle incoming inquiries through social media. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an empathetic and sympathetic approach while quickly analyzing a customer’s needs and helping resolve their issues. With this in mind, we are hiring for customer service representatives who are focused on providing world-class customer service via social media, helping customers with:

·       Handling customer inquiries through a variety of social media channels

·       Stay up to date to address ongoing retailer promotions and events

·       Escalate issues professionally when required

·       Document interactions quickly and accurately 

 What do we offer?

·       $13.00 an hour, with paid breaks, paid training and shift premiums

Qualified candidates must be able to pass a company-paid background check and drug screening.

·       A high school diploma (or GED)                                                                                      

·       Fluency in both Spanish & English                                                                                  

·       Willingness to submit a background check                                                                   

·       Shift Flexibility – Our customers need help Monday – 24/7 (You will avg. 5 days 40hrs/week)

·       6 months customer service experience
