Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Plan, organize, and lead the 0 – 90-day process for all new hire agents to ensure a positive employee experience to begin their career.  As part of the Human Resources team the Project Manager acts as an information source in all aspects of Human Resources during the initial 90 days of employment to ensure an atmosphere that fosters continuous growth and promotes positive company culture.

 

ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT:

Typically Reports To:            Manager, Human Resources

 

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Entrench in early employee life cycle experience.

2.     Identify and make recommendations for areas of improvement in all departments involved in the first 90 days of employment.

3.     Report feedback and influence departmental change to positively impact retention

4.     Ensure and monitor adherence to Client specific compliance requirements

5.     Coordinate with the appropriate department to address employee concerns for those potentially in the “risk zone”.

6.     Ongoing touch points with new hire employees on a weekly basis to gauge areas leading to attrition.

7.     Coordinate engagement of functional teams during training.

8.     Model Rewards and Recognition for achievements, exceptional work etc.

9.     Coordinate and ensure personal contact via phone for any no call no show employees during the first 90 days.

10.  Conduct and update the welcoming and new hire orientation program to ensure positive feedback

11.  Educate all new hire on the VoE program and communications.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

·       College degree and/or 3 plus years of direct HR management experience

·       3-5 years’ experience in HR gained in a service-oriented environment with a minimum of 4 years in managerial roles.
