With this in mind, we are hiring for customer service representatives who are focused on providing world-class customer service via social media, helping customers with:
• Handling customer inquiries through a variety of social media channels
• Stay up to date to address ongoing retailer promotions and events
• Escalate issues professionally when required
• Document interactions quickly and accurately

Along with a passion for helping people with technology, we look for:
• A high school diploma (or GED)
• Qualified candidates must be able to pass a company-paid background check and drug screening.
Willingness to submit a background check
• Shift Flexibility – Our customers need help Monday – 24/7
O You will avg. 5 days 40hrs/week
• A great team player
• 6 months customer service experience
