In this role, you will provide awesome customer service via chat and phone (no sales involved!), supporting a company that is ‘driven’ to enable its members to have simple and responsible urban living.

Assist Members with Sign Up
Adjust Reservation Times
Provide Basic Vehicle Troubleshooting
Resolve Billing Issues/Close Accounts
Support 3rd party drivers that utilize our service for work

A full time schedule @$9.50 an hour, with paid breaks, and attendance bonus (Shift premiums available for weekend and evening work)

Along with a passion for helping people with technology we look for:
A high school diploma (or GED) – required
High Speed, hard-wired internet connection/Ethernet (non-wireless) - required
Willingness to submit a background check – required
Quiet workspace at home, free from interruptions
Shift Flexibility – Our customers need help Monday – Sunday, 24 hours a day!
6 months customer service experience - preferred
