Job Description

The tobacco industry is shaped by innumerable laws and regulations reflecting society’s policy choices. Our client believes that policies built around respect for the adult tobacco consumer’s ability to make informed choices are the best way to reduce the harm caused by cigarettes.

With this in mind we are hiring for customer service representatives who are focused on providing world class customer service via chat and phone helping customers with:

·         Supporting and providing information on a variety of tobacco products

·         Address ongoing promotions and coupons

·         Give pricing information on a range of products

·         Escalate and/ all tobacco related questions professionally when required

Along with a passion for helping people with technology we look for:

·         A high school diploma (or GED)

·         Qualified candidates must be able to pass a company-paid background check and drug screening.

·         Willingness to submit a background check 

·         Shift Flexibility – Our customers need help Monday – Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 9am – 7pm! 

o   You will avg. 5 days 40hrs/week

·         A great team player - required

·         Due to government regulations you must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible for this role 

·         6 months customer service experience
