By helping customers utilize world-class technology and data analytics, you will be able to guide each of their interactions into a terrific car buying decision while having a great experience at the same time!
Via SMS & Chat with excellent writing skills, you will:
• Assist customers with questions about features and upgrades
• Answer questions about vehicle financing
• Help customers navigate through the car buying platform
• Answer questions about availability and location for different types of cars
• Escalate questions when appropriate

Along with a passion for helping people with technology, we look for:
• A high school diploma (or GED) - required
• Willingness to submit a background check - required
• Shift Flexibility – required Our customers need help Monday – Sunday, 24 hours a day!
• A great team player - required
• 6 months customer service experience - preferred
