Respond professionally and empathetically to customer concerns

Quickly look for solutions that will keep the customer satisfied

Strive to win back our clients back to our client’s brand

What do we offer?                                                                                                       

$10.50 an hour, with paid breaks

Fully Paid Training (@$9.50/hr)

Comprehensive health and dental plan after 90 days

Along with a passion for helping people we look for:

A high school diploma (or GED) – required

Excellent verbal &  written skills – required

Willingness to submit a background check - required

Shift Flexibility – Our customers need help Monday – Saturday 7:00am – 7:00pm – required

-         You will work an average of 5 days & 40 hours per week

6 months customer service experience - preferred
