In this role, you will be providing awesome customer service by chat and phone (100% inbound and no sales) supporting an application that provides a seamless payment option for its users and helps people reap the social benefits of their payment platform... far beyond the moment of purchase.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an empathetic and sympathetic approach while listening to customers, analyzing their needs and helping resolve their issues.

Along with a passion for helping people with technology we look for:
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
Successful completion of a full background check (we do this during the interview process)
Strong problem-solving skills
The ability to work any scheduled shift within a Monday – Sunday 7am – 10pm environment
A great team player
