In supporting one of North America’s largest plumbing products companies you will provide awesome customer service via chat and phone (no sales involved!), supporting a company that believes that water has the way to transform the way its customers feel.
Walk customers through plumbing related troubleshooting questions
Helping customers to check on the status of their orders
Escalation of requests for service or replacement
Response with empathy and professionalism to each caller’s concerns
Continuously learn new product lines as they become available

Along with a passion for helping people we look for:
A high school diploma (or GED) -required
Willingness to submit a background check - required
Shift Flexibility – Our customers need help Monday –Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm, & Saturday’s 8:00am – 5:00pm – required
- You will work 5 days out of 6 avg. 40 hours/week
A great team player
6 months customer service experience -preferred
