In this role, you will provide awesome customer service via chat and phone (no sales involved!), supporting a company that is ‘driven’ to enable its members to have simple and responsible urban living.
· Assist Members With Sign Up
· Adjust Reservation Times
· Provide Basic Vehicle Troubleshooting
· Resolve Billing Issues/Close Accounts
· Support 3rd party drivers that utilize our service for work

· $9.50 an hour, with paid breaks, and attendance bonus

Along with a passion for helping people with technology we look for:
· A high school diploma (or GED) - required
· 6 months customer service experience - preferred
· Willingness to submit a background check
· Shift Flexibility – Our customers need help Monday – Sunday, 24 hours a day!
· A great team player
