Reynan Gallo is one of the team leaders at HGS Philippines. He shares with us his journey with HGS so far:
I joined HGS as a customer care agent, where I was answering inbound calls. After three months in that role, I was promoted as a quality analyst, based on my performance. Seven months later, I was promoted again to the role of a team leader.
The fact that I have been promoted twice in a span of ten months, is incredible to me. I have also received an award for Inbound Team Leader of the Year. My journey with HGS has made me look back on how much I have learned in my time here. I am glad to have found such an uplifting work environment, where our efforts are always given due recognition.
