HGS: Tell us about your education and experience.
Sierra: I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in health services administration from Strayer University.

HGS: What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?
Sierra: When I meet candidates, I look for dynamism, which would enable them to be highly adaptable. Prior experience in customer service is also a great addition to a candidate’s résumé.

HGS: What would be your pro tip for applicants?
Sierra: My tip would be for candidates in interviews. It helps to make eye contact with the interviewer and asking questions about the job description. As recruiters, we are most drawn to confident and inquisitive candidates.

HGS: What is a question you never miss asking?
Sierra: My go-to question in interviews is always about candidates’ future goals. It is a great way to get insight into personality. 

HGS: What do you tell your candidates about the culture at HGS?
Sierra: We have an incredibly fast-paced environment. All our team members are unique professionals with a common drive and passion for growth, and this has such a positive impact on the way we work. We have a lot of fun with engagement activities like spirit week. To me, this makes HGS remarkable.
