Tell us about our education and experience.
I'm an MBA graduate. I have two years of experience in recruitment, handling in sectors of IT, ITES and non-voice processes for BPOs. HGS is my first experience with voice processes, and I mostly deal with freshers.
What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?
Commitment and stability are crucial qualities at HGS.
On the surface, I look for commitment and stability displayed by candidates. Our floor managers are always looking for team-players, so these qualities are crucial to the way we function at HGS.
What would be your top tip for potential candidates?
Do your research on the job role and the organisation. Once you meet us, absorb as much information as you can. Having a positive attitude in interviews is also a huge plus.
What is a question you never miss asking?
Once I brief my candidates on the role, I ask them to relay it back to me, to make sure we are on the same page.
What is something that you tell your candidates about HGS?
There is plenty of scope for growth in a rounded manner here. It is a guarantee that one’s learning curve will be steep at HGS.
