Lead Generation Specialist


Healthcare Payer, Provider and Pharmaceutical SpecialtyLooking for a confident and highly motivated individual that''''''''s interested in a great sales opportunity. Uncapped earnings with future long term career advancement available. As a Lead Generation Specialist at HGS you will conduct the necessary research to identify decision makers within Payer, Provider and Pharmaceutical targeted accounts.  Once each targeted contact is identified, the lead gen specialist will contact each target via outbound calls, email, Linked In or other social media channels to qualify each targeted contact and generate introductory appointments for the HGS Sales team.


Job Description:  

§ Solicits for new business via email, telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
§ Locate new Healthcare Outsourcing opportunities with Payer, Provider and Pharmaceutical prospects.
§ Assess interest level in call center and back office outsourcing and qualify as decision maker
§ Document each customer contact and appointment made in Salesforce.com
§ Coordinate all leads found with Sales management
§ Conduct the necessary research to locate the proper contacts within each targeted account via Google, Hoovers, Linked In, Company Websites, Conferences, etc.
§ Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
§ Email, cold call, direct email, InMail, and perform other lead generation activities
§ Schedule appointments in Outlook for HGS Sales team
§ Prior to each scheduled appointment, email the designated Sales person with an overview of who their call is with, contact details, the interest level of the contact, source of the lead, any information the prospect shared during the lead generation process about their current operations or situation, RFP activities coming up, etc…
§ Obtain prospects information such as name, address, and other personal information
§ Maintain sales quotas, targets and activity level as determined by management
§ Work with management to provide the necessary HGS introductory information for each prospective client type.


Qualifications:

Must possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Skilled in creative writing with impeccable English grammar skills
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Prior Healthcare and Outsourcing knowledge is helpful
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.
Career minded vision.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Be capable of handling customer rejection
Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
