Requirements
1. Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a BPO (Voice) Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support through voice channels. You will interact with customers, address their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key tasks include responding to emails, managing live chats, and handling social media inquiries. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

- Senior High school diploma or completed two years in college
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
- 0-5 years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience in a BPO or customer support environment (preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in typing and computer navigation.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (preferred).
- Proficient in English (required) for effective communication.
