Dexter: I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & my Major in Marketing Management at the University of Santo Tomas Class of 2020.

Dexter: In line with the specific qualifications required for the specific account, some must-have qualities I look for are:
- Great interpersonal and comprehension skills.
- Confident and humble at the same time.
- The work experience they have must be in-line with the account they are applying for.

Dexter: I never miss asking about their current residing location, which makes it easy to profile people to accounts they are fit for.
